Go to: www.Realtor.com to the section titled Find A Home
Enter the desired city and state.
You can add the price range you want. You can also add # of
Bedrooms and bathrooms you desire.
Click on Search
You can also find out What's Your Home Worth? and get accurate sold comparables by looking at the section titled: What’s Your Home Worth?
Choose single family or condo/townhouse
Enter the address and zip code….no need for the city or state.
Click on GO.
You can also find a quick mortgage calculator in the menu on the far left under tools.
Scroll down to Mortgage Calculator. Enter the loan amount, and interest rate you want.
Click GO. Then you add the property taxes and home insurance
(annual taxes and insurance divided by 12), to get total payment. Enter different loan amounts and interest to see how that affects payments and to understand what you can really afford.
